To ensure product quality and a smooth delivery process, please review the following guidelines for all Soursop (Guanábana) orders:

• Express Shipping Requirement:
  Due to the highly perishable nature of soursop and our commitment to shipping it 100% natural (without preservatives or additives), express shipping is required for all refund eligibility and for orders shipping to states outside the Southeast region or not in close proximity to Florida.
• Delivery Schedule:
  Given limited and carefully managed inventory, all soursop orders are scheduled for delivery the following Tuesday.
• Purchase Limit:
  To ensure fair availability for all customers, there is a maximum limit of 2 units per customer.
• Delivery Responsibility (Important):
  We strongly encourage customers to closely monitor tracking information and be available to receive their order upon delivery. During summer conditions, packages left outside for more than 4–5 hours may experience a significant decline in quality due to heat exposure. Staying on top of your delivery helps ensure you receive the product at its best quality.
• Claims Policy:
  Any claims related to soursop orders must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
